Property Layout:

The property is built in three floors:

Ground floor has the private plunge pool, common lounge & dining, kitchen as well as a room that has a large screen LED TV along with a sofa cum bed on which 2 people can be accommodated comfortably.

Pool size is about 8 Ft by 18 Ft

There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.

The 1st Floor has 2 en-suite rooms, 1 Master Bedroom and one more room. Both the rooms have private balconies

The 2nd Floor has a covered terrace space to spend your evenings, there is also a washing machine placed there which you can utilise.

Additional things to Note:

The pool has a depth of about 5 feet and in under no circumstances should kids below 12 be allowed to enter the pool without supervision, in case of any untoward incidents, we will not be held responsible

No loud music post 10 PM

No smoking indoors, you may smoke on the terrace or on balconies, smoking indoors attracts penalty of up to Rs 10,000

You may drink and chill within the villa but no sort of nuisance, dancing, partying, drugs, etc are tolerated

Pool usage has to be done in accordance with rules that need to be strictly followed.

Please note that power cuts can happen often in Goa, we have both Generator as well as Inverter power backup, in case the generator backup is not available immediately, the inverter is available as a secondary backup on which lights and fans work.

Wi-Fi speed is generally good but can vary during inclement weather, if you are planning to work on a vacation, we suggest that you carry an extra alternative just to be on the safer side.

Check Out Time: By 11 AM

Early check in is purely subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Late Check out is chargeable with full 1 day’s charge.

In case of more than 6 guests, we provide extra mattress and linen, extra beds are not available.

Only up to 8 people can be accommodated.

Towels and toiletries are provided.

More than 8 guests cannot be accommodated in the villa.
