Villa Abigail is a wonderful 3BHK Villa with a private pool in Parra, North Goa.

The Villa boasts 3 Huge Bedrooms with balconies, washrooms with modern amenities, 2 air conditioned common lounges & 2 fully equipped kitchens.

Facilities encompass free wifi, complimentary toiletries, full time caretaker, daily housekeeping, private pool, free private parking, kitchen, AC lounge, AC rooms, Hot water, balconies and a huge private terrace.

Property Layout:

The property is built in three floors:

Ground floor has the private pool and parking. 

Pool size is about 10 Ft by 25 Ft

The 1st Floor has 1 en-suite Master Bedroom with a big private balcony. It also has a spacious Air Conditioned lounge along with a kitchen, Full Size Sofa Cum Bed & a four seater dining table.

The 2nd Floor has 2 en-suite rooms, balconies, a small kitchenette, air conditioned common lounge. 

The top floor has a huge open terrace with lots of space to spend your mornings and evenings and appreciate the beautiful vistas all around.

Additional things to Note:

The pool has a depth of about 4 feet and in under no circumstances should kids below 12 be allowed to enter the pool without supervision, in case of any untoward incidents, we will not be held responsible

No loud music post 10 PM

No smoking indoors, you may smoke on the terrace or on balconies, smoking indoors attracts penalty of up to Rs 10,000

You may drink and chill within the villa but no sort of nuisance, dancing, partying, drugs, etc are tolerated

Pool usage has to be done in accordance with rules that need to be strictly followed.

Please note that power cuts can happen often in Goa, we have  Inverter power backup, on which lights and fans work.

Wi-Fi speed is generally good but can vary during inclement weather, if you are planning to work on a vacation, we suggest that you carry an extra alternative just to be on the safer side.

Check in Time: Post 1 PM

Check Out Time: By 11 AM

Early check in is purely subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Late Check out is chargeable with full 1 day’s charge.

In case of more than 6 guests, we provide 2 Full Size Sofa Cum Beds Up to 8 people can be accommodated.

Towels and toiletries are provided.
